We train, mentor, and provide follow-up support to smallholder farmers, with a focus on women and youth. Farmers’ empowerment is a multifaceted approach to enhancing farmers’ economic, social, and technical capabilities through training, market access, technology, improved governance, and support for sustainable practices to ensure their well-being and agricultural success. Key initiatives include skill development, providing access to financial resources and markets, integrating modern technology, forming farmer groups, and promoting sustainable agriculture to address challenges like debt and crop failure.
